Returns

We really hope that your piece of handcrafted Irish Jewellery will delight you but in the event of a problem with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days stating the reasons for your change of mind. That way, it will give us the opportunity to rectify the problem and return the item to you with your request satisfied. The customer will be required to absorb the cost of the trackable return shipping and we will absorb the shipping charge back to you.  

Alternatively, if you require a refund, please return the item giving your reasons and you will be fully refunded. Return shipping costs will be absorbed by the customer and once we receive the item in good condition, a refund will be issued that day. For both options, It would be advisable to use a track and trace shipping option for transparency.
